HEAT PROTECTION 2018/19 US CAMPAIGN
As Beauty Design Director at U-Studio, Unilever ClickUK’s creative director led and art directed the photography and film shoot for the top hair brand TRESemmé. With the U-Studio team we conceptualised the Heat Defence campaign (digital, social, POS, OOH and print ads) and she managed the pre/post-production.
The campaign objective was to produce excellent, beauty-driven 360 content about hair protection against damage from heated styling tools with the revolutionary TRESemmé Heat Defence Spray.
ClickUK’s creative director cast the model Maria Emilia Mondelli (Models 1) to represent the tonality, look and attitude of TRESemmé’s Brand Love Key, Work It campaign and the stylishly discerning customer. She commissioned the renowned fashion photographer Andrew Woffinden to film/shoot the campaign, the award-winning hair stylist Elvire Roux @Carol Hayes, highly acclaimed makeup artist Kenneth Soh and stylist Natasha Wray.
This was U-Studio’s first major global beauty campaign and a great platform in delivering premium, innovative visual content across all channels and for Unilever stakeholders.
